Invite-only access
Access is granted by invitation. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Don't share access outside your organization without permission.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content you don't have rights to, attempt to break or abuse the service, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
Your content
You own the decks, scripts, and recordings you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and store them so we can provide the service. We don't claim ownership of your material.
AI-generated output
Scripts and coaching are generated with AI and provided "as is". Review everything before you rely on it for a live pitch — we don't guarantee accuracy or fundraising outcomes.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date below. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
