Overview

Pitch2Story ("we", "us") helps founders turn pitch decks into investor-ready scripts and rehearse their delivery. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Access is invite-only.

Information we collect

Waitlist details: your name, work email, company, accelerator, and message when you request access.

Account: your name and email via Google sign-in when you accept an invite.

Your content: pitch decks you upload, the scripts we generate, and practice recordings (video/audio) you save.

Usage: basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the product (parse decks, generate and analyze scripts, store your practice runs), to send you invites and product email, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.

Voice & recording features

The optional teleprompter voice-pacing and Rehearse "voice auto-advance" features use your browser's built-in Speech Recognition API to follow along as you speak. In some browsers (notably Google Chrome), that spoken audio is processed by the browser vendor's speech service (Google) to produce a transcript. These features are off by default where possible and can be toggled off at any time. Practice recordings you choose to save are stored in your account and are visible only to you and your organization's admins.

Third-party processors

Anthropic & OpenAI — AI script generation and transcription of the text/audio you submit.

Resend — delivery of invite and product emails.

Browser speech services — as described above, only when voice features are enabled.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your content while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your projects and recordings.
